These are the best bagels I ever had! Employees are very nice and shop is in a great location! I will be returning for sure!

Professional service, Nice people behind the counter, you order a bagel but you also get a pickle and a small bag of chips in a Small paper bag with handles, that explains why it is more expensive than other bagel shops

First off, the food here is always amazing. I have never had a bad sandwich here. However, this past Saturday, while ordering at the counter I was a little put off by one of the woman workers who seemed to be questioning the young girl I was ordering from (in the middle of me ordering). The woman seemed to have some issue and was not being very nice and was discussing it in front of customers. Not a great thing to do while you have customers ordering and waiting for their orders within earshot. Discuss your issues, work or otherwise, in private not in front of your customers. Again, the food is always awesome and this is not the norm for this place.
