The Bistro at Seaside

Only four stars because they don't serve alcohol. Wine or beer with dinner makes a difference. The food is excellent. The Buffalo Wings were some of the best I've ever had. Very crispy ( which is a must) the sauce had a tangy unique flavor. The Hanger Steak, cooked MR was very tender and had an excellent wine reduction. The Onion soup was really good. The Lobster Bisque with Sherry was fantastic. My wife had the Jerk Chicken Quesadlla. Her sister had the seasonal Ravioli. She loved it. My brother in law had the Ahi Tuna. Very good, but not enough Wasabi. Nice atmosphere, it overlooks the boardwalk and amusement park. Service was great.

I love the atmosphere and the people attended to my kids and I very well. We ordered a couple of things from the menu that were very tasty from the Salmon Tacos, Lobster Tails, Bacon Mac and cheese and the Crab stuffed shrimp with Linguine. The only downside was the Linguine was very bland even with salt. Other than that beautiful place and great food

Everything about this place is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The Chef introduced himself. The food is fresh, amazing, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Prices aren’t too bad either for some fine dining!
Will definitely be coming back! Cajun Pasta is to DIE for.

This place is simply amazing. The waiter we had was excellent. I struggled to understand him a little bit because of his accent. But he was very courteous and understanding. He really sets the standar for service. The owner came out to speak with us, since the drink my wife wanted wasn't available at that time. Which was an added bonus, because she was treated to a unique delicious minty cocktail. I have nothing negative at all to say about this place. Nothing. The stake was perfectly cooked, and the crab cakes were unbelievable. Usually I can find one or two things bad about a place. But this place has made it on my permanent list of "must visit restaurants when in the area." Highly recommended. They have really earned their 5 star reviews.

Food was absolutely wonderful! Everything was made with great quality ingredients. Owner/manager and chef came out to introduce themselves. Warm and welcoming environment. 10/10 would come back!
