    Eating here is wonderful! The owner and staff make everyone feel welcome, like you're visiting ol friends. The food is REALLY good and the prices are reasonable. It's a cozy little gem tucked away in Seaside Park! Anyone going there should make The 3 C's a must go to place to eat!

    Daily specials, delightful menu. Inside and outside dining. The waffle are so fresh and the batter is amazing. Fresh fruit, best BLT with avocado you'll ever have. Good prices.
