Ok, I'm a skeptic at times. My first time there 2-days ago, was off season. Sign said "BEST Burgers On The Island!" Of course I did NOT believe it....until I custom ordered & TASTED ONE! Fresh, fresh chop meat (from local butcher): had fresh garlic mixed INTO burger meat, slice cheddar, slice raw onion, FLAMED COOKED to order MEDIUM RARE, fresh big bun! And some kinda "real cut potato fries, w skin on them = GREAT! Luscious burger, juicy, off hook GOOD! Owner (maybe Woody?) with ice-blue eyes, gave GREAT, courteous service! Young dude w/ same ice-blue eyes, also courteous . I live ALL WAY in Asbury Park, & Woodie Burgers top EVERYTHING, & great-value pricing!

Excellent burgers, good prices for a vacation town, would definitely go back in future when in town. Indoor and outdoor seating available, no trouble getting indoor seats for four at 12:30pm on a weekday in Summer.

A little pricey and cash-only, which was an unwelcome surprise, but the food was fantastic, the service was quick, and the ice cream was unexpectedly large! The live music was a draw for us and while I can't speak for all the patrons or every act, the one we saw was very good!

There is NO Fresh Cut French Fries it's Restaurant Depot frozen Fries guys who are you kidding..... No Credit cards Cash only..... Where is IRS... Perfect Island for IRS to go all the Cash business....Good luck guys.....

Love the walk-in ambiance especially in a beach town.
I had 2 burgers, The Ringer Burger with a spicy black bean veggie patty and the Guacamole burger with a veggie patty. Good flavor and decent toppings.
The bread was a bit underbaked with raw flour pockets. 3 types of fries, truffle, cheese, and regular. All had a nice flavor while the truffle fries were a bit strong. I put ketchup and mustard on the regular fries and got some stares from people around me. Many hadn't seen that before.
Loved the gull hanging out the entire my group was there.
