Bisque Restaurant

Very nice staff. It's a noisy environment when there are a lot of people. There's nothing to absorb the sound. Wood floors, hard furniture, but all tastefully done. Just kinda loud. We all ordered the pistachio crusted scallops. They were very "crusted" . They seemed fried, but could have been baked. Too much crust for a delicate scallop. I would not order it again. I love beet salad, and theirs is very good. Overall, is was okay but it wouldn't hit the top of my list for a must have night out. But some of the entrees might rate higher.

First time at Bisque, and it was excellent. We enjoyed everything, from the bread and olive oil served as soon as you arrive, to the awesome dessert. My husband said the lobster bisque is one of the best he has had in a really long time! Highly recommend it...

We dined there during the LBI Restaurant Week. Excellent food and great value. Great island decor with original LBI photography on the walls.

The food was average, the restaurant was very loud. The staff was very attentive and handled everything as expected. I expected to have an over the top experience based on the hype.

Went for Christmas Eve dinner. Unaware it was a Prix Fix price with limited menu a change from past years. Choices were okay in my book. I always feel food should not have to be smothered in sauce if seasoned & cooked well. Desserts we're very good but very disappointed that to order coffee it was an extra cost. For $100 ( Inc tip) dinner to charge extra for a 10 cent cost for coffee was just short sighted. Service was very good compliments there.
