Dolce Liberta

What a warm and cozy atmosphere. An incredible, professional and pleasant staff. Tonight was only their 8th day in business, the place was packed, and the entire team was humming. Service pace was perfect. Not rushed. Not too slow. The food was amazing. Fried Buratta, eggplant rolattini , veal parm, penne vodka with shrimp. I was prepared for spotty service as I would expect with a new restaurant. Instead we had a near perfect experience! Congratulations to Olivia and team DL for getting the place up and running

Wait a bit for service to improve before you go. Had a 6pm reservation and didn’t get entrees until after 8pm. Appetizers should have been hot (calamari and eggplant rollatini) were cold. Salads were crisp, just lettuce and a tomato. Entrees were delicious and cooked perfectly (flounder francese and pasta primavera). Desserts were very disappointing. The crumb cake was slightly better than store bought and the eclair tasted like it was from a lost box from Costco. Folks cleaning up plates were fast and efficient. Wait staff was nonexistent for long stretches. Had to beg for the check and water. Hoping it improves with time.

This place was amazing! Extremely friendly staff, great ambiance and the best vodka sauce I’ve had in a really long time. Desserts were also delish! Highly recommend the rainbow cookie cake.
