    This place is a gem. Food is fantastic and service is always friendly. The chips and salsa are fresh and the food is amazing. Great for a dinner date or the whole family. You are missing out if you haven’t tried el tenampa!

    Cheese enchiladas and poblano pepper. Mexican steak. Both dinners were very good.

    Best Mexican food around. Nice atmosphere, good service. Food is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. Creative specials. Tonight we had Asian chicken dumplings in an amazing creamy Mexican sauce. The Carne Asada is the best you will find in the area. It's BYOB and the food is reasonably priced so the bill is always less than you think it will be.

    10/14/2018: Wife and i enjoyed dinner at Tenampa this evening. Soups were quite good. Their black bean was quite flavorful with the chopped onion. Both of us had the Frijita Maya special. While not spicy hot, its flavor was strong. Portions were large enough to order just one. Surprised about the dinner bill: $66.10 without tip. This is a BYOB restaurant. Regardless, food is good, portions large and service excellent. I would go there again. ed
