Panera Bread

Food at Panera is always fresh and tastes good. The problem we've been having is them getting the orders correct. You ask for a salad with certain ingredients, and you get a salad with things you didn't want, or requested items left out. Either staff is not reading ticket or they need to be retrained on what their salads consist of.

Usually they are good but as of recently they haven't been.
Ordered a bacon tomato grilled cheese & black bean soup. Grilled cheese had 1 small piece of bacon & huge chunks of tomatoes that had a weird taste. The black bean soup was ehh.
For some reason their menu item have no ingredients on it anymore. Would like to see what is on the sandwich.

Great place for healthy fill you up food. They have a nice selection that also includes some plant based foods for vegans. I know this is a chain but it's done right. I want to commend the girl who took my order. She was obviously new and learning but she was extremely friendly with excellent customer service. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I visited on 1/19 at around 630/7pm.
