Love their food and drinks!
But don’t expect to get sat when you call ahead. Called ahead and we were told it was a 15 minute wait. Once we get there, we’re now told to wait 35-40 minutes. The same exact time for the people who did not call ahead so that seemed pointless.....
Fix this problem and it would be perfect!
We’ve been here for dinner and we’ve been here for just apps. We were most happy with the apps from LA and Zach. They are excellent and fun all at the same time. We were initially given root beer ribs where half of them were half the size. I asked to simply replace the 2 ribs and instead, the manager not only brought us a whole, new order, but took the cost of the item off the bill. Truly exceptional service from all perspectives. Thank you! We will be back.
This is the second time we visited this restaurant....the first time was a good experience but the second time wasn't as good. Being told by the waiter that our apps would come out before the dinner. Waiting about 25 minutes we decided to ask where the apps were. Unfortunately all the food came out at once while one of the apps came out last. When I said something to the food runner she just said the dinner was done and she delivered. No options to bring it back a few minutes later. Also, the food wasn't warm enough. At this point we were starving and annoyed so we ate. The waiter apologized but I felt he didn't want the bad kitchen experience to affect his tip. But I felt it wasn't a good experience...
We went to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse for the first time last weekend. We're typically not fans of most chain restaurants, but this place was very good. First, and not surprising, they have an amazing selection of beer. And although I didn't drink any whiskey, I did notice a good selection of that as well. Second, there is a nice variety on the menu from appetizers to sandwiches to full meals. There are your typical dishes like burgers and wraps, and a few unique dishes as well. We enjoyed our meals, the service was great, and the prices were good.
