Nj poke bowl, tuna was super fresh, spam added the perfect amount of saltiness, greens were slightly bitter perfectly accompanying the rest of the bowl. The porkway, spicy and sweet, absolutely delicious, wonderful medley of flavors. The grilled gull, so good. Grilled chicken was cooked perfect, roasted red peppers slightly sweet, fresh black pepper added great zest, sauce is delicious also. All three meals were a grand slam. Top addition to Silverton. Definitely try this place out.
