Slightly thiccer than normal crust but it's still crispy as opposed to the more doughey texture thicker crust usually imparts. And the cheese they use is second to none. “So I ordered a Jumbo Pizza there and some how my order got misplaced and they didn't have my pie when I arrived. The manager made another one very quickly at no charge due to the inconvenience. The Pizza was awesome and tasted very good. I am very critical on pizza as I grew up in North Jersey and frequently had New York style pizza. I will definitely be going back and can honestly say there is no other pizzeria around this area that compares to the level of customer service and great pizza.”

“I had my wedding at the courthouse and we had our celebration dinner at Brooklyn Bistro Everything was beautiful, enjoyable, and near perfection. I loved the food, the service, and how accomadating the owner was to our request for our own cake (a reasonable charge added for bringing our own) to a great table and above all else amazing food prepared per order (we all ordered of the specials of the night and we could EASILY tell that every dish was made from scratch and cooked per order). Our special event felt complete with our champagne toast and being allowed to do a wedding tradition favorite of cutting the cake and feeding each other while family and friends took pictures. THANK YOU FOR A BEAUTIFUL NIGHT....... I look forward to many more wonderful meals there ESPECIALLY our anniversary dinners.”

“I grew up right down the street from here, and this place has gone leaps and bounds from where it was when I was a kid. Far from just a convenience store, you can get good quality food, produce, meats, etc. Their sandwiches, breakfast, lunch or dinner, are good. Plenty of prepared foods. Bakery goods in the front, great tasting coffee too. Sort of expensive as a grocery store, so I do grocery shopping elsewhere. But the rest of the place is good. Home feel because people working there will be your neighbors. Some people there have been there for years.”

“Don’t be fooled by the look from the outside.. inside its an updated, clean, cozy, beautiful eatery. Everyone is super nice and polite. The food is amazing. I got a house salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a “the works” gluten free pizza and it was by far the best gluten free pizza and balsamic vinaigrette I’ve ever had. If we find our way back to NJ (from Maine) we’re definitely stopping back in for a bite to eat.”

“Nice and cozy feel inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being busy, they we're very attentive. Food was excellent and served fast. Corned beef hash is made in house and was far superior to any canned version most other places serve. My wife got the biscuits and gravy which were also really good;.a non-traditional recipe it would seem but well worth a taste! It is a little pricey but that wouldn't stop me from going again. Super friendly staff and had delightful conversation with the chef owner. We were so happy to meet her to tell her how fresh her food was and how impressed we were. The plating was beautiful too.
