    Full disclosure: My sister has owned this fine establishment for years.

    I visited today and had a Hot Pastrami sandwich and I tell you this place makes awesome sandwiches!

    Their first competitive advantage is their bread. My Hot Pastrami sandwich happened to be toasted like a panini. I dare you to compare this sandwich two other fancier panini shops.

    Their second competitive advantage is that they slice there deli meats right before they make it. Other places pre-slice and weigh their deli meats so no longer a fresh cut of meat.

    Their last advantage? My sister imparts her warmth and friendliness to all her employees. She always greet their repeat customers with a familiar smile.
