    The prices at this Wendy's are pretty good, and the food is fairly high quality (depending on who makes it). I visit this place at least 2 twice a week so I'm relatively familiar with who the staff is (not on a personal level).

    The staff aren't unfriendly but they don't really go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

    There is also the periodic homeless person begging for food, but that's Paterson for you.

    The food is always hot I love the new renovation. Compared to the old looking place. I noticed one thing there were no African Americans there anywhere. I am not prejudice but I think they could hire more blacks

    They made a mistake in my order. I called and they took my information. Two days later went to get what was missing and they didn't give me any trouble. Was treated very nice and got some compensation. Thanks for great customer service.
