Bourbon BBQ Supply

I actually love this restaurant.....during the day. I would give it 5 stars. But it's like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde because the evening food and service is so different. My suggestion is to go during the day. The service and the food is excellent. I haven't been there since I moved, but I am planning a trip up there soon.

Best dang BBQ in our part of the country that I've had. And we've eaten in most of them in the northern NJ area. Brisket is my barometer, and its outstanding here. I'm partial to the ends, but even the middle of the brisket is terrific here. The rest of the food is quite good too, especially the fried Kale.

I live in the same town, and we have started frequenting this establishment, and have enjoyed it every time.

Family had a great experinence with food and service. Truly enjoyed the "Garbage plate", for 5 of us, we ordered 2 plates and 2 apps. All was very tasty and we took some food home. Place was packed and the service was a bit slow but attentive. We will be back, come early!
