    I've been eating here for over 50 years. Even though it's now over 100 miles from my home, Bertas is the place I go to celebrate a special occasion.

    This is a wonderful, old school Italian restaurant with history. The owner had a real eye for the small things that make a night out great. This was my second visit & I can't wait for my third.

    Went a few times before I moved and the place, food and service was excellent. If I had the opportunity to take the place over I would continue the tradition of such a great place with such rich history.

    Outstanding dinner with friends on Saturday evening - We each had the 4 course meal - after filling up on fresh veggies, dips, olives and bread basket! Appetizers included the avocado with lemon, eggplant parm, cannelloni, ravioli with veal and minestrone - followed by the file, lemon sole and chicken abruzzi - dessert was fresh slices of blueberry and pecan pie and rum cake - all was superb!!
