    I ordered a turkey, bacon, and cheese wrap with mayo. When I got the wrap, there was no bacon and no mayo. I had to undo the wrap and put mayo on it myself. So frustrating!

    They made a cake for my son's birthday. I had a full sheet cake and they did a killer job. Sure, I could have saved a little money if I got a Costco cake but I heard Gencarelli's had great tasting cakes... They did not disappoint. I will definitely use them again.
