Newly opened restaurant so the food production is quick and tasty. The seating area is clean and modern. No complaints.
After paying for my order, my parents and I found a table. Granted there was a lot of people so we expected to wait a bit before our order came out. 15 minutes after ordering, an employee came out and said that they were just waiting for the soup we ordered and that everything should be coming out momentarily. Another 10 minutes pass by, another employee comes out and brings someone else's order. She apologies and brings it to the rightful order. Another 10 minutes pass by and another employee comes up and apologizes regarding the soup. They asked if we wanted something else instead of the soup. So we ask for fries and a shake. Finally, after 30 to 40 minutes later, a supervisor offers an apology and offers us a refund and our food was brought out. We were upset about the long wait but appreciate that a supervisor came over to apologize for the inconvenience and for the refund. He was very sincere with his apologies and we were appreciative for at least trying to make things right.
Operating well under the huge surge since it’s new. The food was great. The milk shakes were delayed but they gave us cards for free food to apologize for the delay.
Don’t wait in the huge line. Take a seat at a table and do the mobile ordering. They even have mobile order numbers on the table so the server knows where to bring your food.
Great store design and dealt with great staff member. Obviously busy since it’s new, but everyone was at capacity and in great routine. Just wish the company designed the mobile ordering so you can order ahead (with timeframe/notify when ready) instead of selecting “I’m Here” for them to start preparing order.
