Had Bob's Hawg Wings with our Jersey Barnfire Roasted Peach Habanero Hot Sauce. A little bit of Hawg Heaven
I gave this place a try under the recommendation of local guide extraordinaire, David Ginsberg.
Got a full rack of ribs, a qt of brisket, and a qt of pulled pork. I was in BBQ heaven for three nights straight with all that deliciousness. Simply put… The ribs were spectacular, and then the brisket and pulled pork reheated the following two nights were lip-smacking. If you like smoky dry rubbed ribs, then this place is for you. And the sauce they give for the brisket and pulled pork is GOOOOD. My entire family room smelled like a meaty campfire when I was done. I have a new Uncle now... Thank you mister Ginsberg, thank you.
The food is great. I work down the road from there and go for lunch on a regular basis.
Wonderful delicious food. Bobby you've got a winner here! Can't wait till the spring when you reopen!
I noticed the sign when I was just passing through. That's when I smelt that delicious smell of slow roasted BBQ.
Turns out they just opened a few weeks ago. Great friendly service. Uncle Bob himself manning the dual grills. They were out of several selections which, to me, is a good sign. I was happy to settle on the pulled pork Sammi. It was Absolutely delicious, not too saucy, and cooked to perfection. The tangy pickles were ample and a nice complement to the pulled pork.
The hours are still limited...Thursday and Fridays only bit once word spreads I'm sure it will be open for longer. The have a diverse catering menu for pickup as well.
This looks like a weekly stop for me at least!! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
Good luck Bob and family! It's nice to see a new local business
