I've ordered a few times now. The food is very good but they need to get their stuff together. The last couple times I've stood inside and waited 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready. This is after being told to come in 45 minutes but still waiting almost an hour before I went in. I guess my pizza was give away to other customers each time.
My other complaint is the owner and chef should always be wearing masks. While I was waiting, the cook had the mask hanging off his ear the entire time. All while talking and yelling to communicate with staff. If you're talking and literally bent over the food you're preparing you should be wearing a mask! To the owner, you sometimes did not wear a mask, you should always too if interacting with food and customers.
I was so happy this place opened near me I've gone there a few times already. I really hope the owner can address the mask issue and the disorganized process. Will wait a few weeks then try again.
