“I tried the fried chicken here a few years ago when it was another name and I wasn’t impressed at all. Tonight we ordered the fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes, cole slaw, Mac and cheese, and dinner rolls. Everything was amazing, especially the chicken. Potatoes were 100% real and fresh. The coleslaw was perfect, reminded me of my mother in laws coleslaw, that I love. The Mac n cheese was just right. Everything seasoned properly and not overly salty. We felt good after we ate. I highly recommend this place if you are craving fried chicken with all the sides. They do it right.”

“We hired Carmelo's Brick Oven Pizza for my son's birthday party. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Peter was amazing to work with. He was so personable and accommodating to all my guests and was able to offer garlic free pizzas and vegan pizzas on top of all the other varieties in his pizza arsenal. The Buffalo Chicken, Pulled Pork , and the Fig and Arugula pizzas were definite crowd favorites. The presentation was awesome, and everything was fresh. All my guests were impressed and are demanding I bring Peter and crew back every year. I couldn't be happier. “The only DD in the whole Milky Way galaxy that makes better espresso selections than Starbucks. Even if an new hire makes your coffee,the taste is still so above all others. And that's not all - five stars for the service too. I saw some bad reviews,but I really never had any bad experience,and I have been there (in and drive-thru) more than 30 times last couple of months. BTW - If an "How are you" or "How was your day" is more important to you than quality of your coffee,there's plenty of places around that serves hot brown water for the name and price of cappuccino.”

“We went here for a quick dinner for my wife's birthday. Man let me tell you it was an awesome experience. There's ample seating and an almost full bar, you'll get most things just not everything. The place had the right lighting and everything to give it a cozy romantic vibe. By the time we went it was closer to closing and the place was pretty empty. So it was just me and my wife. Because of that, we were attended to by the owner/manager who is a pretty cheerful guy. He was pretty pleasant and funny about what we were ordering and not to mention all the food that we got was delicious. To top it all off, he brought out a dessert for my wife's birthday, same Happy birthday, and of course comped it to the bill. In addition he took pictures for us and it was all around just a pleasant experience. A great evening to a great birthday. We will definitely come back if we're in town.”
