Buy crispy chicken tender then give me a sandwich???

Last rest stop before entering Delaware through Delaware bridge. It was like 11:30 pm a few flys were around. At least 5 flys on and near the counter. I saw them near the ceiling and I kept thinking what if they fall towards the food below. It was late so I guess it happens.
The food was good though, I can't complain. Also was nice to substitute a soda for a bottle of water to get the meal. I try to eat healthy.

Average Burger King location in the busy Clara Barton rest stop area off of the New Jersey Turnpike. This particular location also carries a variety of chips and bottled drinks. Indoor seating area shared with other establishments. Very long lines for the women's restroom. Ample parking. Gas station next door.

I am a lead at the burger king. I have been doing my best to improve the food and the environment there. My store manager has been buying things to keep the flies down. His name is Grey. He is a very nice guy and will do his best to fix any problem you might have. He will give you a free dessert or a extra free sandwich or a french fry if your order is messed up or you have to wait to long. I'm very sorry to hear about all these bad experiences. I actually encourage customers to call the number at the bottom of there receipt if they feel like we are doing at a good job and your food is hot. We take the temperatures of the food doing each shift through out the day to make sure we are giving out hot and fresh food. I also make sure we don't put down to many fries, onion rings, or hashbrowns to make sure they stay nice and hot. If you have had a bad experience with us I would love a chance to make the next one a better one. We have new managers and some new employees that really care and have past experience in the fast food industry. My name is Latasha Murray I got promoted 5 months ago.
