    I have 2 stress the fact it's no longer "The Country Food Express"????. It's now an Indian cuisine menu/buffet named,"Happy Abu Dubai's Restaurant&Buffet". They thoroughly try 2 compare their menu items, to American food.As close as they can explain the Indian dishes they have on there menu 2 help u order something we'll enjoy & come bak 4. Country Food Express's cook didn't know real recipes nor did they actually cook from the soul*no taste,*lack of knowledgeable awareness of easy recipe's usage of spices n seasons 2 even make the most simple"American Dish"! So glad that cook was put outta that kitchen & replaced by "Happy's" Indian cuisine from the old time recipes...
