The Grove at Centerton

I went to a wedding here on good friday. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. There were so many appetizers during cocktail hour! The chef was very accommodating during dinner also because i didnt eat meat. There were 2 bartenders who worked very hard but unfortunately one more than the other. It was obvious she was not happy. I would like to send a message to her....when you work with the public you need to put away any personal problems for that shift and pretend to be happy. You left the bar several times and let your partner do all the work and made it very clear to the guests you were not happy with your comments. I've been in the business over 20 years and would never have acted like that. It was a very special day and an expensive one, its a shame that you will be memorable in a bad way.

We recently had my daughter's bridal shower at The Grove and I would highly recommend this venue. Krista and Stephanie were very helpful with all of the planning prior to the event. The room is beautiful and really does not require a lot of decorations. On the day of the event the two servers were so attentive along with the server captain, Tammy, who ensured that everything flowed smoothly and checked in with me frequently to see if there was anything else we needed. The food was excellent. We had chosen crab cakes (two large cakes filled with crab meat), chicken with spinach, peppers and cheese, and a vegetarian stack as our meal choices and everyone raved about all three. I received so many texts and phone calls after the shower from our guests telling us how nice the event had been. i would highly recommend The Grove at Centerton.

Best place to have a wedding! Staff is amazing and so accommodating. Excellent food, beautiful venue..couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out.

Since the new owner has taken over, this place has completely turned around. It went from the venue where I was embarrassed to have my prom, to a place I'd love to have my wedding. We also appreciate the new menu at the Ten22 bar. It's become an almost-weekly takeout order for our family, and we've been able to bring a few customers in for a good/quick lunch. The staff are great, too.

My family has celebrated Thanksgiving here for the last 40 years. When we first started going the spread was phenomenal. Over the years the quantity and quality declined. The last 3 to 4 years were especially poor. This Thanksgiving new ownership had taken over and I'm happy to say it was great. The quality and variety of selection of was like the old times. I hope they will maintain this level of service as the years go by.
