    I could never say anything bad about Cold Stone, their delicious ice cream, or any of the friendly and caring people they employ! We sometimes like to go late in the evening, and always somehow end up showing up right before close, but you never hear one complaint or rude remark from the staff! Love this place and will continue to frequent!

    We showed up 20 minutes before closing ... a group of 8 ... and staff was so pleasant and willing to take care of us. Place was clean and organized and staff friendly. Would recommend.
