3 West

We hosted our second event at 3 West this past weekend for our daughter's Baptism for a group of 20 in the wine room. I've had a dozen messages today from our family saying how delicious everything was. The table arrangement and everything was perfect. Our staff for the day couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. No one was left waiting for a thing. Each course was fantastic- prompt- fresh, exactly as ordered and just down right delicious. From the initial point of contact until we packed up after the event- every member of their team that we spoke with were excellent. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Now I just need to think of another event so that we can go back!

We finally used a gift card we had received, and it was very good! The space is warm and cozy, as we asked to sit near the fire place. Service was good, they definitely didn’t rush us (maybe not good if you’re short on time). We enjoyed the slow pace of our meal.

We had the pork chop which was delicious and the duck which was also quite tasty! We are GF and the staff was cautious and accommodating of our dietary needs.

I would recommend this restaurant - great menu, cool vibe!

Food was excellent, but service was just fair. The server was friendly, but very inexperienced and we had to remind her several times for things we asked for, primarily drinks. Would be an easy 5 stars with an experienced and skilled server.

Excellent quality food, beautiful atmosphere. We sat by the fireplace which was cozy and were not rushed even though they were very busy! Servers are very attentive, and chefs accommodating especially where they're are dietary restrictions.
Make reservations during busy times/seasons!

For the first time, since I've been going to this restaurant, I have to say what a disappointment my experience was last night. Three of us dined for an important business dinner. Each of our meals lacked flavor, drinks ordered never delivered and warm desserts were cold and undercooked. I have always recommended this restaurant or purchased hundreds of dollars in gift certificates for various groups but now it's time to find a new place to recommend. Definitely disappointing.
