    Excellent customer service. Specifically from Vanessa...... I placed a take out order from over 100 miles away, for my son (long haul truck driver) who was stranded at a hotel down the road from them..... no issues at all, and he had food (for the 1st time in 3 days) in " 30 minutes or less!!!

    I always order on the app and pick it up whenever the app tells me it is done and it is ready. They seem disorganized whenever they have to look around for my order in the back. The staff is lacking in the customer service area, but at least they get my order correct. The food is hot and I always apply the online coupons.

    Had both delivery and take out experiences and was smooth. No complaints about the taste,quality and also delivery.

    Online order and pickup is way to convenient and haven't experienced any delays or waiting times for pickup so far. Ordering at the place for pickup can take some waiting time, especially during peak evening times so online order is recommended. Good website and intuitive interface for online orders.
