Food and ambiance is great but you most certainly need to change the way you provide service. You are simply using wrong methodology of servicing which is already hurting your reputation. Need to adjust your servicing model right away otherwise you’ll keep on losing more customer day by day.

The place was crowded, it usually is. The service was not the friendliest and they took their time. The food served was just warm and you would think that it sat waiting to be picked up for service. The food was good though and the prices are not bad at all. It is just disappointing that such good food gets a bad rap because they are tuned to handle crowds, even after being open for such a long time. There is enough parking and couple of other food options in the plaza.

The place deserves special mention (may be 5 stars) for the ambience. But on the taste of food, it is definitely somewhere around 3 out of 5. We had a new year gathering in their hall for about 80 people and felt the hall was little bit small. So choose the hall based on your count. The service staff were nice and the taste of food really has scope for improvement. They also serve liquor.

Very welcoming atmosphere, ambiance reminds of high-end restaurant in India. As soon as you enter the Aroma of spices takes you back to India. Quality and Quantity of food is excellent. Now they have liquor license so no need of BYOB.. ????
I sincerely hope they work on their wait staff, delay in service is not good service. Overall highly recommend this place if you haven’t been.
