Easily my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. My fiancee and I have eaten here at least 6 times in the past 3 months since it opened. We had their dim sum twice and eaten there for dinner 4 or more times; with one of the times being in a party of 10.
The food is very authentic, tasteful and quick. The restaurant is large and pretty clean; they clear the tables very quickly. They are very accommodating and the price is very reasonable.
Finally a local dim sum place! Ever since Dynasty closed, we've not had good dim sum locally. All the dishes we ordered were very good. The pork shumai was a little dry but tasty nevertheless. I would've gone the full 5 star but the ladies with the carts were unrelenting in their push to sell. Allow us the time to eat the 11 dishes we just got. We will order more.... trust me. You don't need to load us up with 20 dishes at the same time. Anyhow, I'm very happy this place opened up and I hope to become a regular.
We had a excellent lunch here last weeks. The menu listed shrimp & eggs and shrimp and lots of other stuff but not shrimp & broccoli. It list beef and broccoli and chicken & broccoli et. When I asked if they would make shrimp and broccoli, they said of course. Both meal we had were super and when I sent a photo to some friend they comment - not too much sauce. Just enough and very tasty.
The restaurant was about 1/2 full and nice and quiet so we could converse.
Good food and quick service. Dishes are pretty pricey so that is kind of a con for me. Their string beans are good. A little crunchy but they add pork and pickled turnips which make it tasty. Tried their eggplant, chicken, and salty fish casserole which was good. Also had their chow fun but it was pan fried, I think. Never had that before so it was cool to try. Love their Peking duck. That dish in particular is priced decently and tastes amazing. Definitely recommend but make sure to ask them to remove all the fat from the skin. All in all I enjoyed the food but the prices are too high to keep going back.
