Moe's Southwest Grill

I really like Moe's but it seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes I enjoy the experience and other times my rice is crunchy or they are out of something. Today, no sauteed onions or mushrooms. Last time tofu. They will make it, but you have to wait. On a seperate issue they've had a help wanted sign up for almost a month now. I happen to have a teenage son looking for employment. He filled out a application few weeks back. While we were there today he asked about it. The 'kid' in charge said were not hiring. Why do you have a sign up if you're not hiring?!

11/26/2018 We have been here twice this week. John and Angelica served us and greeted us with a smile and very friendly! They are the reason we decided to come again this week. The steak is cooked perfectly nice and juicy not cooked to death as it was when it first opened. My husband who is a sous chef who is very picky about his food gives this place great ratings as well. John was very kind and let me know about the rewards program that I had no knowledge about and now use. Rather dine here than any hamburger place or fast food. It’s clean and I see the sauce bar is filled and stocked well. Most fast food places don’t realize how important customer service is. After signing up for my Moe’s app on my phone I saw an offer for a free Nachos meal. Very impressed with this location not only with the food, but mostly with the very curtious and friendly staff. After only waiting on us once Angelica remembered how we liked our quesadillas. That shows me that this staff cares. Very impressed with this location from food to friendliness they got it right!!!

The line moves quick. The bowls and the chicken bacon ranch burrito are my favorite. The prices are reasonable relative to the portions you get.
