An absolutely wonderful find!! Having lived in NJ all my life, I've visited my share of local delis around the state through the years - and Gladstone Corner Deli quickly placed itself as among the best I have experienced. The sandwiches are simply outstanding, and the service is both friendly and accommodating. (A friend had a somewhat unusual sandwich request and they came through without any difficulty - and were happy to oblige!) I'm already looking forward to my next time in the area (and might even have to plan my travels to take me that way sooner!) so I have an excuse to go... :)

A friend of mine took me here the same morning I was taking a very important written test. He couldn't have picked a better place to eat. I was so nervous that morning for my test but a good old fashioned taylor ham & egg was exactly what I needed to calm me down a set me up for a successful day!

The owner is incredibly polite and conversational with her customers. She handles herself very professionally and handles most tasks herself (I've only seen her working there). Not only does she handle customer relations and the register well, she's a great cook, I would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite, it's so good you're sure to come back again!

Really tasty sandwiches. Big sandwich as well! Worth a try if you’re in the area. Good selection of hot and cold sandwiches as well as many other options.
