Tonight I had the Seared Organic Ocean Trout, perfectly cooked, crispy skin with moist, almost flaking meat. Topped it off with the pecan pie, a great finish for a delightful meal!

After a marvelous experience, Valentine's day was not up to par.

Service was average, with comments like "Chablis is champagne without the bubbles". Idiotic.

Wine pairing was not pairing but sequential servings of wines without pairing to food. Chablis was poorly stored and tasted past. Servings very small. $65

Food portions were small. Steak tartar was a small toast with a few pieces of meat, hardly flavored. Not a steak tartar. Not a good value. Menu did not have foods for those who do not like "complicated" food.

Recommend the restaurant but will stay away from special occasions.

Exceptional food and service in a breathtaking location. Truly one of a kind and memorable. Designed to impress.

A great dining experience.. We've been a few times because we know we will get a great meal coupled with a great scene. Granted you'd probably want to come here when the weather is warmer so you can take in the view of the grounds but all in all you'll never have a bad time here. Staff is well trained and good at what they do and I would highly recommend the tasting menu as that gets you to taste many of their delicious meals. We will be coming back again and again.
