Food is really good here as is the service. They are definitely going for quality and not quantity, which I appreciate. Everything tasted as though it had been made with fresh ingredients. Cuban sandwich was awesome. As far as price points, if you want the most bang for your buck, go eat some frozen Mexican food elsewhere in town. If you want to get something you're really going to enjoy, Salted Lime should do the trick. Only issue I have with the place is how loud the dining room gets when it is busy.
Wanted to try this place after giving it some time to get settled. Found the atmosphere very loud. It was not full so I could just imagine the noise level when full. Can barely talk.
Food was very good but pricy. 2 fish tacos for $14. Service was also a bit slow for a less than full night. They were attentive just slow to return.
Will return to try some other offerings.
Great new spot in Somerville! The food and drinks are delicious and interesting! This place is very popular on weekend nights, so I recommend a reservation, though they do seat a party of 4 within about 45 minutes if you wait at the bar for a table!
My only recommendation to management is Please install some acoustics - it is way too loud in this restaurant! We've brought 3 groups of friends here and everyone mentions that it is too loud to hear each other or the music!!
We gave it a try for the first time while our daughter was at dance. We sat at the Bar as that is more comfortable for us. The food was very good. The drinks need some work. We had a Cosmo which was not even close to being correct. You need to dim the lights in the evening to do your beautiful bar justice. The seating is a little odd. Not many tables for only two people and that was our reason for sitting at the bar. I will absolutely come here though again.
Went this past Friday night with another couple and although there were people waiting for tables, we were seated promptly for our 6:30 reservation. Waitress was very cordial though not the most efficient forgetting twice to bring us things we had asked for requiring us to ask other wait staff who brought the requested items promptly.
Food - Shrimp were very good, steak sandwich also very nice. Chips and guacamole were excellent. The rest was good but not great. Portions could be a bit larger for my liking.
Drink menu is good, selection of wines by the glass are just ok.
Place was busy! Also noisy given open floor plan. Back dining room was a better seating choice for conversation.
I'd probably go back for a casual lunch but probably not for dinner.
