    Truly the Best Indian food I’ve had outside of India! The mango lassi is addictive and the gulab jamun was the perfect consistency and flavor for us sweet tooth lovers. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor in the most delicious of ways. There’s parking right outside the restaurant and it’s conveniently located directly in front of the train station. All the food is vegetarian, and the flavors of the food makes you not miss meat. Bombay Canteen is a must try! If you like spicy, the food here will satisfy any craving of spice level you desire. You will not regret it, and I’m sure you will come back for more.

    Authentic Indian food. Tastes as good as the food you would find in Bombay or Delhi !! Plenty of free parking available. This is my new go to spot . Very convenient location right next to the train station for a grab and go. Met the owners and the chef who were very friendly. The gulab jamun , dabeli and chaat are a must !!

    A winner!!! Went to check this place out on a whim even though it had only a few reviews. It’s about 10 minutes from the temple and mosque in bridgewater. Plenty of parking even though it says 15mins, you can stay longer. It’s just there to deter people who try and park for the entire day since the eatery is next to the train station. It ended up being authentic, fresh, and flavorful ingredients that danced in our mouths. An overall amazing experience start to finish. It's right in the railway station area and near shoprite and a ton of shops to walk after eating. The inside was neat, clean and had bar style seating for 10. As for food, I had a mango lassi and a lychee juice drink which were among a variety of different drinks. The dahi puri chaat is my favorite thing to get at every Indian restaurant and this one hit all the right notes and left my taste buds excited to try what was next!:) We got the masala dosa which was crisp and satisfying and the masala(seasoned potato filling) part was perfectly done. We look forward to coming back and trying a more adventurous Dosa next time like the capsicum onion cheese Dosa which sounded amazing, but opted for lighter options so that we can try more things. The absolute must of the day was the Chole Batura ..it was unique and our favorite of all the things we tried. The chole masala was excellent in flavor and the puri had flavor within itself even which I've never seen before. The idly was perfectly soft and a pleasant classic with the fresh sambar. The gulab jamun is freshly made in house and was a real treat! It wasn't overly sweet and it had the right hint of cardamom and saffron taste to end our perfect lunch. We took the rubrhi dessert to go and it was so incredible that I wished I had ordered more of it haha. Everything at this place was so fresh and had quality ingredients you can taste. I really hope it forever remains that way and this place finds the support it needs to fuel its future. Can't wait to come back!

    Delicious food! I was so happy to receive actually spicy food when I requested for extra spicy dishes. I was prepared to eat fairly bland food, even though I asked for spice but was pleasantly surprised that they followed through with actual spiciness!

    The proprietor was so warm and welcoming and we had a little chat about the restaurant and the kitchen measures that they take to ensure that everything is purely vegetarian.

    *Located right below the Somerville Train Station
    * The restaurant opened less than a week ago so it may be a little tricky to locate since the signage hasn't been put up yet but they mentioned they're hoping to have those up soon.
    * There's parking towards the front of the store.
    * There's space to seat about 10 people. They have bar stools and window-facing seats.
    * The digital menu is available via the QR code hung up on the walls.

    We tried:
    * 2 Samosa chaat 5/5
    * Dahi puri 5/5
    * 2 Puri bhaji 4/5
    (Approx $53)

    My favourite was the samosa chat. Not overloaded with Dahi which is just the way I like it. A good balance of each of the flavors that makes for a good chaat.
    I enjoyed the Dahi puri as well, which is saying something because I usually don't like the dish.

    Tips:
    * You can use the digital menu via the QR code to schedule your order in advance for pickup. But be sure to call and confirm your order so they're prepared.
    *It's about 10 min.s away from the Bridgewater temple.
    * It was a little chilly inside when we went so take a sweater.
