Best dining choice I've made in weeks. Excellent service from the hostess to the bus staff. We were greeted warmly and seated at our area of choice with a great smile from our hosts this Sunday morning. Generous portion of liquor served by the bar attendant who was was very welcoming.
Our server spoke clearly, was attentive, and makes the best coffee I've ever had. Our appetizer shown below is a salad of golden beets, blood oranges, hazelnuts, light greens with a horseradish sauce. Good bet! Their chefs prepared a superb pair of entrees for us. We enjoyed the tastefully designed ambiance that blended rustic country structure with contemporary but warm lighting. Beautiful scenic view of the countryside from the full length windows. This place is well worth the price for that important occasion of a dining experience with someone special.

This used to be our go-to venue for special events. We hosted two mitzvahs here, and when we would come in for dinners, we were treated like old friends. The staff would buy us a bottle of wine or offer a little dessert. Now, despite Open Table's note of our celebrating a birthday, despite our answering the reservation confirmation call with a reminder we are celebrating a birthday, there was no sense of warmth, no acknowledgment of the event, no celebratory cocktail or thoughtful dessert. No longer does anyone come around to offer you bread throughout your dinner. It seems the Stone House has tried very hard to become like every other restaurant.

We went to Stone House for a special occasion. With the dress code requested to be "casual elegance" and the price point $$$, we had high expectations for the food. The brunch fruit was good and the baked goods about average, but a bit dry. I had the hash which was oily and the corned beef was diced to small bits, which is fine as long as you don't overcook it, which it was. One other guest was also unsatisfied, but my other two friends were happy. So a divided event, hence the 3 out of 5 stars.

Christmas eve dinner was wonderful. Food was great. And plenty of it. We had the salmon , chicken and ribs. Tastefully decorated. They do valet parking . Which is very helpful with elderly patents. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
