    The vegetable broth, tofu, mushroom and veggie option is killer. Definitely go for the soft boiled egg too! Great service and adorable shop

    Short rib ramen with spicy duck broth was excellent! Friendly staff and convenient location! Between the ramen, ice cream and a bike shop I'll be a regular for sure.

    Great service and GREAT FOOD! I had the beef short rib and it was some of the best stuff I’ve ever had! Definitely try this place out!

    Short rib ramen was amazing. This is a much needed addition to the Sparta restaurant landscape. Great noodles, excellent broth, short rib was perfectly cooked, the portion was super generous and it was very welcoming shop to pop into. 10/10
