1/26/19 I attended the comedy show with my family and friends. First, they advertised on FB $12 at door or $10 + fees in advance at the door they hit you with an unexpected additional charge of $10 for a "cash voucher" they never said what that was for. Then I was told it's for food and drink but when I went to use it inside the bar I ordered a $4 soda and a bar brand $12 salted Margarita. I gave the blond bearded bartender, Bili, credit card and the $10 voucher. He took the voucher and charged the card $12. I asked, how that adds up. He got very belligerent in response, yelling, "that's how it is, legally you can't use the voucher for alcohol.' So I said, "I would like the voucher back and I would give him the $4 for the soda, he refused, I asked again, he answed, "you can continue to ask and the answer will still be no." So, I just got ripped off $6. and he just made $6! I then complained to Ren, the General Mgr. He told me, he would take care of me next time. There will be no next time. They were rude, overcrowded in the Cabaret room, not nearly enough seating, service was lousy, only one waitress in each room, our waitress never asked if I wanted anything for my voucher, she was too busy. My friends standing could not hear, between no speaker, and the band noise everytime the door opened. One of the womens room stalls was out of toilet paper at the beginning of the night. It was unbearibly hot/humid in the main room. Their food menu isis overpriced and mainly deep fried. While, the Comedy show was exceptional, the rudeness and shady practices of much of the staff undemine the experience.

Went to the B Street Band show which was amazing. Great sound. The grilled chicken wrap was huge and so was the hamburger. Waitress was able to handle getting everything out hot even with the large crowd.

I love this place ! My first time open Mike so warm and friendly , made me feel at home ????

Great little venue with a deceivingly amazing lineup of preformers and artists. Prices are decent. Food is excellent, especially the coconut shrimp. Fast and friendly service. Thrilled to have a place like this less than 20 minutes from my house.
