(December 16, 2018, 9:30 pm)Have been going to the Lamp Post for 30 years. Never had a bad meal... skimpy portion. Food has always been good. Look forward to the different weekend specials. I love their October Fest dishes and wait for them all year long....while I'm enjoying their regular menu the rest of the time ; )

(November 5, 2018, 8:20 pm)We went to Lamp Post Inn after a funeral to celebrate a lift taking to soon. At first look, Lamp Post Inn doesn't look like much. But how the story goes, never judge a book by its cover. We found Lamp Post Inn extremely charming. Our waitress was very accommodating and friendly.

(November 2, 2018, 4:28 pm)Service is always excellent. Plenty of smiles and everyone is so friendly and helpful! Food is always very good, but lately, the chicken dishes have been a little off, could possibly be new distributor? too many hormones in the chicken feed leaves the cooked chicken a bit "snappy". Plenty of other dishes to chose from, the prime rib was excellent - cooked to a perfect medium! Place was very crowded so reservations are suggested on a Friday or Saturday. Fried calamari is always a favorite, the french onion soup is also very good. It's our home town favorite and we will be back again and again.
