Cranford Hotel

It is a nice small town place. The menu has cheap food for gourmet prices. The kinda want you to buy a 20.00 burger.

The atmosphere, food, staff all perfect

Came here twice within a few weeks. They have a new head chef, leading to new items on the menu. Service during peak hours is very slow while service at about 9pm was a lot faster. My grievances are with staples such as nachos or even a kid's hot dog. They nachos can no longer really be made as a vegetarian option since the main topping is a beef chili without any melted cheese. The hot dog buns is more gourmet, great for an adult but tough for a 4 year old to navigate. Once again, most of this could be forgiven if the dinner service was not delayed by well over an hour and when you have kids with you, this is just not acceptable. I hope things improve!

After its rehab it cleaner and newer. The menu has improved. Prices are about the same quality seems to have improved. Aadly the bar service is SLOW. If your okay w that aspect then your good to go.

I love the food and beer selection. I almost always get a flight just because they have so many interesting things on rotation. The brussel sprouts appetizer is a must for me. I can't make it like that at home no matter what I try.
