Sub-Ology

I can say without reservation that Sub-Ology is the best place to grab lunch in Cranford. The staff are extraordinarily friendly but still professional. You can tell that the owner takes the success of the business personally and works hard to make sure it is successful. I grab lunch here about twice a week and have for at least the last couple of years. I can count on my hands the number of times the owner hasn't personally been behind the counter making sure everything was running smoothly.

The subs are excellent and both the "standards" and the specials really shine. I know that if I get the usual, it'll be great. But if I mix it up and get another sub they're testing out, it'll be great too. If it's not on the menu, they'll make it for you. Portions are big and you leave full.

They have a great selection of gluten free options and fantastic vegan desserts from a local supplier, which is hugely helpful when providing options for coworkers with allergies.

They deliver, but I genuinely would rather take the 5 or 10 minutes to stop by.

They have a variety of types of sandwiches. They also have great options for cheeses and sauces for the subs too. The staff is also super friendly.

This place is the best for any sub, especially if you're gluten free. They give nice, healthy portions. Always fresh. Always delicious! I go here every week & get 2 GF subs just for me. A little pricey but the best I've ever had. And staff is very accommodating & friendly. My only place for subs.

Always the best service. Fast and easy, also some of freshest ingredients are used in making their sandwiches far superior than other places near by. Love this place, one of my favorites to order from! Delivery driver is also always spot on and a nice fellow.

Pablo is Exceptional and he knows exactly what to make for me and my husband. I call about the hot pastrami sandwich and turkey with spicy cheese and horseradish and he knows just what we want... is ALWAYS On POINT. Ordered it with his suggestions and he never forgot. Hats off to you and your wonderful staff. Blessings to you ALWAYS. He and his staff are always accommodating and pleasant. I'm glad we have a sub place to call our own.
