Primo Pizza & Wings

*update* ordered at 11pm arrived at 1am, cold. Driver was apologetic, girl on the phone was apologetic. No compensation for 2 hour wait was offered.

*update 2* They called to apologize after review went up. As you can see from review response, they offered a free pie on next order. I won’t be in town to take advantage but I do appreciate the call back and message from the owner. I believe it is genuine. Increasing my review from 1/5 to 3/5 stars, it was probably just a bad night.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Not only is the food amazing but the customer service is on point. I ordered a cheesesteak sub with fries and it was delicious!

I previously did a review a couple of weeks ago which was not a good one due to the lack of customer service but I had to do a review about my experience via online order, it was awesome.
I even had to call the store to make a request and the staff member who answered helped me and was very courteous also the female delivery driver was super. The food was delicious, Primo`s Pizza are always fantastic and the price and delivery time was on point. I'm glad that the owner was prompt and so understanding about my previous ordeal. This shows a great definite improvement in customer service and the food already being amazing, this place can only continue to do very well and please continue serving that delicious food.
