(December 10, 2018, 6:55 pm)New Peruvian polleria in a small space on Elizabeth Ave. from the owners of La Choza Nautica further downtown.
As the name suggests, they specialize in pollo a la brasa, rotisserie chicken cooked over charcoal, typically accompanied with fresh cut french fries and salad.
In addition, they offer daily specials, and a full a la carte menu.
Their chicken comes with 3 sauces (cremas), which I'm guessing are:
- the yellow sauce - huancaina
- the green sauce - aji verde
- the brown/reddish - olive sauce, salsa de aceituna
