Backyard Grill

This was a good spot for lunch when I worked in Union. THEY HAVE HUGE PORTIONS. Definitely stop in if you like meat. The steamed veggies as a side are disappointing....choose rice, beans, or fries instead...AND THE SHRIMP!!!!!!!!!

They have delivery but we did take out. The chicken was very good flavorful. Good selection to choose from. Some parking in front if not there is a lot not far.

I am from Brazil so obviously give me rice and beans with some decent steak and I am happy. The place has been very consistent. We have been there several times. I get annoyed with the fact that the rice is yellow instead of white (I never saw yellow rice in Brazil and I am not Spanish so that annoys me) however I ask for the Spanish potatoes what are delicious and the Picanha (steak) my husband always orders half roast chicken. He loves it. One little thing. The place is not fancy but for the price is great.

Food is Always good at this place. Employees very pleasant.

The food is good as long as you explain clearly how you want it to be cooked. As for taste, it is very savory, if it is not overdone. What really hurts this place is the service. It is painfully slow. If the service could pick up a bit, then this place would be a lot more inviting. If you're in town, definitely stop by, but if you're not, I would not recommend going out of your way.
