    Dominican food that is a hidden gem in Linden, NJ. It’s local and the food is amazing. The food was fresh and flavorful! I recommend the Bistec Encebollado (beef with onions), Carne Guisada con Papa (beef stew with potatoes), Costilla de Cerdo Guisada (Pork ribs stew). The portions are so generous that you can eat it three times and it’s reasonably priced. Next on my list is the Pernil (Roast Pork).

    This gem has some of the most amazing dishes I’ve had.The roasted pork with yellow rice and green peas was delicious.Ive eaten here a few times and every time I go I have something different and everything is good flavor quality and price.Keep up the amazing work love this place.recommend absolutely
