I am not a fan of Hibachi restaurants. it's the seating so close to high temperature grills. But it was my grand daugthers choice. So I went with it. Had a great time. The chef was so engaging from the moment he walk up to the grill. The chef had us all participate in catching or fetching a piece of steak or shrimp. It's not something i would nornally do . The Chef made it very entertaining. I enjoyed the food and would go back again.
We had the taste for Hibachi and football so we place an order for pick-up instead of the traditional Hibachi experience. Talk about wonderful customer service. First, our food was ready when we arrived and we were greeted with a smile, which was expected. The wonderful part came when I received a very cheerful phone asking if I received everything to my liking and if I was happy with the food. Wow! Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction! The food was also delicious.
Service was nice, people were friendly. Food was bomb. If u ever there ND u like cheesecake get the tempura cheesecake. That is heaven.
I loved the show and how they made my food. How the fire pops up and how they make cooking look really fun. Also the birthday celebrations are really cool and fun I might even have them cater next time I have a special occasion.
Dinner with hubby was spontaneous but we got a table very quickly without prior reservation. The food was good..that zombie drink was so tasty and strong...hubby was knocked out in the car and he is not a lightweight drinker. The guy on the grill was entertaining. Only issues was they made us sit with two other African American couples and I realized they sat other non African American couples at other tables/grills and it took a while before they started the food preparation before a third couple came to fill up the table/grill. Secondly, we were barely done eatting before they came to put our food for takeout.
