    Great food and clean. However, phone orders are poor. Proprietor does not ask for names or gives an order number. The result, you pay for a wrong or incomplete order.

    Sin Yu bit around 4:20 all my life 40 years I've been on Park Avenue love it it's the best place in town clean nice food no MSG

    Tastier than others in the area.

    The food is good and the food is cheap however it is not a place you would take a date
    A lot of Street people come in to buy food. So it is okay if you are running around a little bit in your dirty clothes
