La Braise African Grill - Springfield

Super delicious. We ended up taking out instead of dining in and the food is well worth the wait. The chicken is seasoned to perfection with a nice spicy kick if you ask for it. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten a chicken breast so flavorful and l juicy in my life. The grilled fish and sides we ordered were delicious. The owner is super friendly and hospital.

This place will blow your mind!!! The food is unmatched!!! Every single detail was just stellar. From the packaging to the actual food, & the customer service. The only thing I regret is not ordering more since I was driving from out of town. One of the best west African restaurant I've tried out there. Can't wait to go back. Will definitely recommend it!!!

Got the grilled tilapia and it was so good. Kept picking at the bones until all the meat was gone. The sauces that came with it were really tasty. Definitely got more food than i anticipated, so I'm going to have to enjoy this food coma for a while. Can't wait to come back and try out some of the other entrees

What a wonderful place with such flavorful food! The fried red snapper had a super tasty spice rub on the outer crispy skin and moist and tender flakiness inside. It was so good that I must have picked every little fish meat I found clean off the bone. Went really well with a side of a delicious aromatic yellow rice and condiments that included a refreshing tomato, cucumber, and onion salad. My husband is generally a plain meat-and-potatoes kind of guy and he absolutely loved this meal as well. This is a culinary gem - highly recommended!
