Best best best pizza around Summit, New Providence, etc... Napolitan Pizza, fresh ingredients, brick oven! Totally different from the classic pizza you find everywhere. Individual pizza, so be aware if you are feeding more people. 2 pizzas feed well 2/3 people. They don’t deliver so this is a downside... but they prepare it super quickly! You can order online and pick it up in 10 min. Delicious ❤️

Pretty good pizza place! Their Veggie Jackson (i think - it had eggplants in it) was actually my favorite out of the 3 that I tried (Regina, Margherita were the 2 other) although it was my first time having eggplant on pizza.
I had their pasta once - Rosa. Honestly, it wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either. It fulfilled my cravings well.

Full disclosure: we're regulars, generally on Tuesdays when pizzas are 2for1 in Summit. Their artisanal pies are quality made in a flash in their custom oven and contain fresh and interesting ingredients. We usually have a kale Caesar salad to start as well.
Now, for the staff. These folks are so damned friendly and take really good care of their customers. The team is one of the major reasons we go so often.

When my husband and I started planning our vow renewal, we knew wanted it to be different as far as food goes. Food trucks became priority and after eating from the Pizza Vita truck at a local food truck festival, we just had to have them. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the wood burning truck and the pizza and still talk about it. Our only regret is not eating more of it!

Excellent pizza and salads with bring your own bottle. My favorite is the Jersey Boy with extra cherry peppers. Salad are always with fresh ingredients. I prefer to eat in and the get the pizza as soon as it's out of the oven. Take out is OK, but never as good. Deserts range from OK to excellent. Prices are fair for Summit. I always leave full and satisfied.
