Roots Steakhouse

Food was excellent. We went lunch. The service was either very attentive or absent when we needed them. But overall a place I'd go back to any time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.

After having been a few times at the Roots in Summit I took my friends to this one in Morristown. I just look for a fabulous, once in a while steak and I got it 100%. Waiter’s advice was for a dry aged cowboy steak and it was divine. A friend also enjoyed is T bone, but I’d still vote for the cowboy. Sides were good too, sundae a little heavy and sweet. Service very professional. Price adequate given the memorable level of the steak.

Is up there in the top 5 steakhouses on my list! The staff are super attentive and empathetic... Thank k you for finding me a table at no notice and whilst being super packed! The prime cowboy steak with cream spinach is divine!

Delicious steaks and chops. I had the dry aged cowboy cut cooked medium rare, came exactly as I asked. The sides are served family style. You do not need to order one side per person they are definitely large enough to share. Our party of 6 ordered 5 sides and there were leftovers to take with us.

The staff was fantastic and very attentive. It was also unique because the servers work in teams.
