First Watch - Union - Now Open!

You might have to wait a while to get your food but the wait is definitely worth it. Had an old fashioned breakfast that contained scrambled eggs bacon and waffles. Everything tasted great. Their special juices were good too. It’s a great spot to go to if you are trying to eat healthy without compromising the taste of your food.

Disappointed, we love First Watch as a chain it is amazing, been to others and love it. We were excited when we heard it was opening locally. The Union one is new to the area, the kitchen and wait staff do not know what they are doing. Told my waiter no cheese or dairy and I received cheese and butter on the bread after already waiting a long time for the food with a toddler. They manager was accommodating and apologetic but the waiter has no people skills. I would give them a few months to figure it out before I go back.

Decided to try the new restaurant with my parents for a Sunday Brunch. We arrived around 11am and the place was buzzing. The wait was about 20 minutes and well worth it. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even the manager Joe was very nice when we called him over to give the place a compliment in person. Definitely would go back, lots of stuff to try on the menu!

Amazing service! The servers are so hospitable and the food is delicious! Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family. Wonderful atmosphere and stunning decor. Can’t wait until my next visit.

I went to this restaurant on Sunday, March 10 and must say that I will definitely be back. At first glance, the restaurant was very bright, clean, and open. The menu of expansive, but I was a little nervous since I was on a no sugar/no carb cleanse. I did not need to worry. I was able to get a delicious, healthy option that filled me. I ordered the egg white omelette with turkey, spinach, and caramelized onions. The flavors melded well and the food was nice and hot. Also, the coffee was excellent... nice and smooth! I would recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch!
