Not as good as it used to be.

the pizza is ok, but it is dry. There is no tomato sauce.

Used to be my favorite pizza parlor. Gone downhill.

Fior D'Italia was recommended by a friend. He told me to deal with the owner directly. I had a catering order for an event and dealt with Mario, the owner. I had to thank my friend. This was the best experience I've had with any restaurant/catering service. Mario helped me with my selections, was generous with advice about things that he felt were unnecessary for the event or that I could get for less through different avenues although this meant he would make less money. Who does that. He supplied the ice for the drinks free of charge although I didn't order the beverages from him. He did this after he'd already quoted me the price. Again, who does that. The food was great, more than I hoped for. Several people came up to me to comment on how good the food was. A friend who is ultra picky told me the meatballs were the best she'd ever had. The chicken francaise which I don't eat and I tried because someone told me it was good, I didn't just like, I loved it. Everything was fresh and no dry food. I rarely post reviews but sometimes you just should when you find excellent service. I swear, I'm not a personal friend. Just a very satisfied customer.

The sausage and peppers deep dish pizza is awesome. So far I have no complaints of every dish I've had there.
